Hypnobreathwork® is a transformative tool that combines breathwork and visualization to promote behavior change, heal emotions, and create a more desired life. Listen to them in order, or as needed, on your alignment journey.

SESSION 1: Flow State HypnoBreathwork®

Session 1 themes:

  • Tap into how you're feeling
  • Let go of stress or anxiety
  • Access flow and ease
  • Look deeper into your core self 
  • Access your intuition 

SESSION 2: I Am Unbecoming What I’m Not HypnoBreathwork®

Session 2 themes:

  • Make time for yourself
  • Release blocks 
  • Visualize your aligned and highest self 
  • Define the next step you need to take to get one step closer to who you're meant to be

SESSION 3: Community HypnoBreathwork®

Session 3 themes:

  • Reflect on what you've overcome
  • Build on your connection and trust with your relationships and community
  • Visualize what you need and what you have to your community 
  • Uncover the full depth of your possibilities  

 

 

 

Things to note before starting:

  • Please review the intro video before starting to learn more about the breathing technique and cues used in this session. 
  • The sessions will last ~20 minutes. 
  • These sessions can be done in order, or in any order you'd like! They are designed to be repeated when you need them. 
  • Start by finding a comfortable place to lie down. A blanket might make you even more comfortable. 
  • If you have a mask or something to cover your eyes, that will help you drop into the experience. 
  • You may feel tingling or body sensations. Those are normal and part of the experience. Energy is moving through you. Breathe through it.
